Commissioned by Seattle Office of Arts and Culture, Seattle Department of Transportation.

Placed at the intersection of 14th Avenue and Madison Street, this sculpture consists of multiple vibrantly colored frames, echoing the surrounding buildings and reflecting the range of people living in the area. This intersection is a convergence of the Capitol Hill, Central District, and First Hill neighborhoods.

This sculpture is intended to be reflective of these converging neighborhoods and their constant transformation and change. Its intention is to celebrate the people who live here, the people who have lived here, and to welcome the people who will live here in the future.
